JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As part of our expansion plans, Guildhall is looking for a Recruitment Consultant/ Talent acquisition specialist with experience in the GCC to assist with high level headhunting.
Guildhall is an award winning European managed HR and Headhunting Firm based in Dubai. We assist a number of large scale organisations across the region in their Organisational Development and Recruitment needs.
The role will require you to:
- Identify, Screen and interview suitable candidates
- Write descriptive and attractive job advertisements
- Search candidate databases
- Arrange and schedule interviews
- Manage the flow of documentations
On top of the basic salary an attractive commission structure will also be offered (2-3x salary OTE) with monthly, quarterly and annual bonus. This will be a remote based position, 5 days per week. Guildhall is an equal opportunity employer with an employee first ethos.
Salary:
AED
5,500 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Fluent English reading and Writing
- Exceptional phone manner and email correspondence
- Minimum of 3 years gcc experience in talent acquisition
- Experienced using LinkedIn for candidate searches
- Experienced in the talent acquisition of engineering, construction and corporate level candidates
- Experienced with MS Word and Excel
- Experienced with boolean searches
