JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-level talent to support our clients’ recruitment needs. You will also be instrumental in building a network of potential candidates and developing relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure their qualifications and experience match the requirements of the role.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and determine their suitability.
- Prepare and present shortlists of suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate employment terms and salaries with candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles.
- Utilize market intelligence to stay up to date on current industry trends, talent pools, and employer expectations.
- Develop relationships with external recruitment partners and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and staffing performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Salary:
AED
6,500 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
