JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Established in 1979, we are the oldest established recruitment consultancy in Dubai. We work with a number of local, regional and international companies and have a strong quality ethos.

You will be responsible for developing new client relationships through continual business development and focused networking. This will involve developing a strong business network; securing and attending numerous client meetings; pitching for new business; reviving dormant client accounts; etc., You will be expected to be targeted, strategic and proactive in your approach to business development.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of corporate client recruitment requirements and service delivery.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy relationship-building, consultative selling and developing business networks.

A high yield commission structure is offered.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have a proven and consistent background in recruitment consultancy, B2B business development, consultancy or account management, or customer or client service experience in a highly commercial or challenging environment.

A fluent English speaker, you will possess strong written communication skills and have proven and consistent working experience in a similar capacity.

You must have at least 2 years of B2B corporate sales, lead generation, customer service or relationship management experience.

You will be comfortable with working to challenging performance and revenue targets.

Applicants must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, be highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage their own time.

At least two years of UAE experience are essential and a UAE driving licence are preferential.
