JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an International organisation who is looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional to join their HR team. As the Recruitment Executive you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment and report to the HR Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying appropriate sourcing channels, manpower planning and participating in career fairs. You will conduct interviews and train and certify line managers to conduct interviews. You will also be involved in the onboarding and induction process and process visa applications. In addition you will report recruitment metrics on a monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have experience in onboarding, induction, visa processing and have the ability to deal with senior leaders. You should be assertive and enjoy dealing with a cross cultural employee base. It is essential you have a strong knowledge of MS Office and are resilient and confident handling colleagues and employees at different levels.
