JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our Client is an established distributor a number of well-known fashion brands, and is looking for a dynamic, fashion focused HR Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
The main focus of the role is on recruitment and attracting the right talent to the business first time, every time. Other areas will include employee engagement, retention and performance management
REQUIREMENTS
- Retail experience is a must ideally in fashion
- At least 5 experience, with minimum of 2 years in HR / similar role
- regional / GCC experience (at least 2 years)
The successful candidate will also need to be highly results focused, be able to work autonomously, have excellent communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, juggle a number of live recruitment needs and adapt to changing business needs.
