JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Internal Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within our organisation, focusing on internal talent acquisition and development strategies. Working closely with department heads and HR professionals, you will identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and facilitate the selection and onboarding process.

The Key Responsibilities will include

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective internal recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing requirements and long-term objectives.
• Internal Mobility Programs: Design and manage internal mobility programs to facilitate career development opportunities for existing employees and promote talent retention.
• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of internal talent by proactively identifying high-potential employees, conducting talent assessments, and implementing succession planning initiatives.
• Employee Referral Programs: Implement and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal referrals and leverage existing employee networks for talent acquisition.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal recruitment efforts, track recruitment metrics, and generate regular reports for management review.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to understand departmental staffing needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a collaborative approach to talent management.
• Employer Branding Initiatives: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top internal talent.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, adhere to compliance requirements, and promote best practices in recruitment and talent management.

REQUIREMENTS

The Successful candidate will have/be

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent management principles, and employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster internal mobility and career development programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes
