JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assist, support and report all administrative and functional tasks related to the Recruitment and Selection team as per Recruitment plan and objectives and in accordance with companies rules and regulations:
- Source candidates using the resources approved by company
- Screening of CVs/candidates as per the JD & position requirements
- Coordinate agenda for interviews among hiring managers and candidates.
- Arrange overseas candidate interviewing process - visa, hotel & air ticket booking, as per company roles & regulations
- Ensure that candidate assessment forms are complete for all interviewed candidates
- Liaise with candidates for the pre-joining documentation process
- Update recruitment progress report weekly.
- Update and keep track of recruitment agenda.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
- Coordinate the Induction program as per the agenda
- Ensure smooth recruitment administrative process among the various functions involved.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in business, or diploma relevant to the HR function
- 3 yrs in relevant or similar function
- Very organized.
- Analytical skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills
