JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and best practices, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR-related tools to streamline the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment would be an advantage.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
