JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Duties:

• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
• Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures.
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently.
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships.
• Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets.
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities.
• Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to team meetings as appropriate.
• Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management.
• Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates.
• Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and the right behavioural and cultural fit for the business and its clients.
• Using all sourcing methods including social media, CV searching the internal and external databases.
• Generating referrals from existing employees, raising the profile of the employee referral scheme.
• Support prospects and bidding activity by working on unsecured roles.
• Support hiring managers by guiding them on recruitment process.
• Conducting detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews to ensure candidates.
• Skills and qualification match the job requirements. Whilst guiding other team members on best practice.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process influencing the hiring managers in their decision making and negotiating salary packages with selected applicants.
• Having a deep understanding of the business, sectors, projects, clients and operating model.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Requirements:

• Min 3 years recruitment/sales or customer services experience ideally.
• Knowledge of the Construction/Engineering/Real Estate industry ideally in the Middle East would be an advantage.
• To show the determination to succeed and complete difficult tasks is important.
• Problem solver and the ability to work in a target orientated environment are essential skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems would be an advantage but not a necessity.
• Strong English Communication skills are desired.
