JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a desire to excel in a challenging and rewarding role within the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and compatibility with open positions
- Maintain candidate databases and effectively manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Provide regular updates and reports on candidate sourcing and pipeline status to the recruitment team and management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field like sales/customer services, with an understanding of candidate sourcing and screening processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving recruitment goals
- Candidate should have a valid UAE visa, via spouse sponsorship
