JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Looking for Recruitment specialist for a multinational company in Dubai.

To provide a dedicated HR recruitment support function to the business so as to enable functions across the MENA region to operate effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure guidelines for recruitment - end to end are followed for all positions across Company
- Develop transparent internal recruitment process (supporting the value to lead and develop people)
- Co-develop manpower plans with the business as appropriate (supporting open and clear communication)

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate, Post Graduate in HR preferred
- Minimum 8 years recruitment experience - specifically in the local market
- Detailed knowledge of nationalization trends and the challenges and opportunities these pose on business factors
- Experience of training delivery specifically in relation to behavioural training.
