JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Design and implement overall recruitment strategies.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Post hiring needs continuously to maintain strong talent pipeline.
- Sourcing and recruitment of candidates by using databases, etc.
- Screen candidates CVs and job applications.
- Conduct online interviews using various reliable selection tools to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experiences.
- Monitoring and optimization of HR recruiting best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
