JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing top talent for the company. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet our requirements and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate CV/resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of the unique talent needs per required position.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and using assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate databases.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
