Recruitment Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, with a strong focus on talent mapping, sourcing, and filling niche roles in the construction sector. Ideal candidates are solution-oriented, over 30 years old, and bring a solid track record of recruitment within the UAE construction industry, including experience with overseas blue-collar recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Talent Mapping & Sourcing:
- Source candidates using job portals like Bayt, Naukrigulf, and LinkedIn, and maintain a database of pre-screened candidates.

Niche Recruitment:
- Implement effective strategies to fill specialized roles, particularly in high-demand skill areas within construction.

Recruitment Strategies:
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to identify and secure top talent.

Offer Negotiation & Placement:
- Skilled in negotiating offers and finalizing placements with candidates.

Construction Sector Expertise:
- Extensive experience in closing white-collar roles within the construction industry and managing overseas recruitment drives for blue-collar positions.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in UAE-based recruitment, with a focus on both blue-collar and white-collar positions in construction.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be 30 years or older.
- Gender Requirement: Male candidates only will be considered for this position
- Skills: Strong proficiency in talent mapping, sourcing, and candidate engagement.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
