JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Adecco is working in partnership with a leading digital publishing client who have an opening in Dubai for a Regional Account Manager reporting into the Head of Sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategy as a resourceful, bootstrapping, entrepreneur
- Identify & meet with stakeholders at target companies: CEOs, Sales Executives etc.
- Use solutions-based selling to identify where company products can solve needs
- Negotiate business terms and see new contracts through to execution
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
- Travel as needed
- Bring in new accounts for company translation and language services products.
- Establishing and developing foundational relationships for the company with regional and international partners globally.
- Authority to create proposals, set up and attend meetings, as well as bring in new clients after previous consultation with Regional Director and/or Head of Sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related position.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under-pressure and with tight deadlines. Resourceful, self-reliable and motivated to achieve high sales results.
