Our newest opportunity is for a Regional Bid Manager to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Managing bid from pre-qualification staged through to award and project delivery.
- Preparation of technical and financial proposals for PMCMbusiness and liaison with cross functional divisions as and when required.
- Leading the proposal team, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Leading in debriefs and lessons-learned; identifying areas in need of improvement and developing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinating with division/discipline management to facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and win strategies.
- Conducting regular business pipeline meetings to support Improvements in process, performance of existing bids and strategy.
- Developing and enhancing proposals materials and bid submission processes to increase project award rates.
- Analysing historical pricing and performance data to improve winning bid margins.
- Reading and interpreting RFPs to determine client requirements.
- Managing and tracking all proposal progress, including post submittal follow up with clients.
- Working with proposal coordinator and administrator to help prepare compliance matrix, assign responsibilities, and establish and maintain the proposal schedule.
- Leading in the development/discovery of proposal themes, discriminators and win strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12-15 years career experience with a Bachelor Degree and at least 5 years with a recognised engineering consultancy in a bidding or proposals capacity.

- Recent experience in the MENA region.
- Design management, editing, report production and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe InDesign are required.
