• Develop a clear understanding of the market potential per country
• Create an annual business plan to achieve brand growth (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of SKC within the account
• Develop trusting relationships with key doctors.
• Identify opportunities to expand the business and presence of the brand in the market
• Work with commercial & medical managers per country in order to build the appropriate field force action plan to implement the brand strategy, optimize sales targets, ensure and monitor achievement of objectives of the medical representatives
• Inspire, fanatize, train and coach the SKC Business Consultants across the region on SKC.
• Professionalize the GCC medical approach with strong scientific luxury and premium codes and attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a clear mapping and create the tools that will allow for a monthly reliable follow up ( mag, dashboards,)
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports
• Lead by performance.
• Be responsible for the commercial back-office
• Define the field organization (Recruit, coach, develop, manage teams)
• Create a professionalized community of SKC medical reps across the region. Ensure the development of the team's expertise and know-how ( onboarding, train the trainer)
• Pilot their performance & KPIs on sell in and sell out drivers
• Define the priorities by distribution channel & be responsible for the P&L per customer
• Develop strong trusting relationships with key customers
• Secure that the brand strategy with clinics and retail outlets is in place, monitor efficiently the growth drivers and prepare the appropriate incentive plans that will allow to achieve results.
