Deliver excellence across our Education Programmes in the Middle East region
Education Development Trust is growing our range of education programmes in the Middle East region, building on the success of our projects in the UAE, KSA, Jordan and Lebanon. We are looking for an experienced Regional Delivery Director to oversee delivery and operational management for this regional portfolio of new and existing programmes.
Reporting to the Director – Africa, Middle East and Asia (AMEA), you will have specific responsibility for project management processes and effectiveness as part of a Delivery Excellence approach to ensure contract milestones, including education impact and financials are achieved. You will oversee effective project reporting and client management and ensure that there are strong educational technical approaches in place that deliver impact. Subject to the requirements of the programme, there will be the direct project line management for Team Leaders of specific projects in the region. You will also support new business and strategy development processes to contribute to growth across the region.

REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate will be will be a senior leader with a track record of managing and delivering complex, large and medium scale education projects/programmes for government, donor and education clients in the Middle East. You should have in-depth knowledge of project/programme management processes and a strong knowledge of education systems, especially in the Middle East. You will have a track record of leading change within delivery teams, for example bringing through new systems and working practices within an organisational framework.
