Regional Education Manager role with a Multinational Company specialized in Luxury retail.

Responsibilities:

* Creating a strategy and defining the objectives for training purposes
* Manage the training program across the Middle East region and India Subcontinent
* Handling the budget and expenses for conducting training, workshops, and traveling
* Spending time on shop floor to monitor the performance to raise and discuss the issues
* Coordination with the team across different countries to prioritise goals and achieve targets
* Assist and attend important projects and events
* Create proposals and improve strategies by introducing the latest training methods and tools
* Conducting training sessions on new products (product knowledge, methods, selling techniques, merchandising)
* Handling masterclasses related to beauty and coordinate with make up artists and local trainers
* Manage the external sales team and assist with the recruitment process, efficiency program to monitor their performance and address their issues to their supervisor
* Motivating and inspiring the team
* Providing feedback and new creative ideas regarding training programs
