Regional HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A multinational business is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to join their team for a regional remit.

- Work with key stakeholders in the region bridging the support for HR standards and issues and provide HR advice
- Implement and update polices and procedures consistent with local labour laws
- Manage and oversee recruitment processes
- Manage manpower planning, salary adjustments and work closely with Rewards team
- Drive performance management tools and succession planning
- HR reporting

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with UAE work experience, preference for managerial experience.

Must have a university degree in a relevant subject.

Candidates must have an approachable personality and able to adapt to dealing with different personalities and ways of working.

Must be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills with an ability to think outside of the box.

Candidates who have experience leading a team will be preferred.
