Position Title: Regional Lead Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An international group that specializes in design, manufacture, rental, and inspection of marine & lifting equipment in oil & energy sector.
Job Description:
- Provide day to day support to the Group Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Regional Manager
- Manage a small local finance team delivering a range of financial reports and processes, managing the daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes
- Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting variance analysis and commentary
- Prepare inputs into monthly consolidated financial reporting pack ensuring adherence to group accounting policies
- Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 5 years experience in the same role in a multinational group
- Must have experience in leading entity level statutory audits
- Must have experience in completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Must have knowledge and experience of UAE statutory legislation and requirements
- Experience in Sage software is an advantage
