JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Multi-National business is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their operations.

Responsible for designing and implementing resourcing strategies across the Region whilst aligning with Global goals.

Design and Develop Recruitment Strategy
Implementation of internal resourcing frameworks
Lead and coach internal recruitment team
Gap Analysis
Strategy reviews
Stakeholder engagement
Manage the resource planning capability
Improve resourcing effectiveness
Deliver group projects

REQUIREMENTS

Degree Qualified
Minimum 7/8 years Recruitment experience
Regional knowledge essential
Relevant industry experience
Management experience required
Proven ability to drive efficiency
Must be based in the UAE

Salary: 40,000 AED/month
