Regional Recruitment Manager for leading Oil & Gas Company in Dubai

A large Oil & Gas engineering firm is looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to manage their fast growing business.

This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization on weekly basis hence the candidate should be experienced enough to lead vital meetings and present reports in front of highly influential people in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 15 years experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering)
- A Strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
- Arabic is a must
