JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Overseas Medical FZ LLC is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales & Marketing Executive with 5 to 10 years of experience in networking, sales, business development, and establishing new leads within the surgical instruments sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and will be responsible for leading the sales team, building and managing relationships with hospitals, and sub-distributors across the region, and driving overall sales growth. Key responsibilities include expanding market reach, developing strategic partnerships with sub-distributors, mentoring and guiding the sales team, executing sales and marketing initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must have excellent negotiation, communication, leadership and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of the UAE/MENA healthcare market

Results-driven and performance-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with over 5 to 10 years of experience managing regional operations, developing high-impact marketing strategies, and driving consistent revenue growth. Proven track record in team leadership, channel management, and strategic planning across diverse markets.
