JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be the captain of our sales team, charting a course for growth and success in the competitive sea freight market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Leading, motivating, and coaching a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 250,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills
• Master's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sea freight consolidation or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
