Regional Sales Manager

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Regional Sales Manager with core expertise in Sales and Marketing, ideally experienced in Fragrance/ Personal Care – Packaging and Components, with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices in GCC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow market share.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and market growth.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

AED 14,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred but not a must.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and customer preferences.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in perfume/beauty components sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales representatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on market trends and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
