JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Regional Trainer for one of our clients - Multinational Fashion Luxury Brand .
* Identify training needs, handle training analysis
* Plan and schedule trainings and activities
* Provide relevant material for workshops or training sessions
* Develop recommendations and implementations
* Communicate with different departments to identify training needs
* Create innovative training sessions/ programs
* Monitor training sessions and attendance
* Maintain a weekly and monthly feedback to the Training Manager while identifying development opportunities
* Plan and meet the budget
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury / premium retail as a Trainer
* Experience in providing various types of trainings across different teams
* Candidate must have a good business mindset (KPI, result oriented)
* Excellent communications skills and ability to deliver trainings creatively
* Charismatic, dynamic and passionate about Fashion
