About the Client:
A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 40 years old and below- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have at least 1-year solid experience in off-plan sales with strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
- With proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
