Position Title: Relationship Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Benefits: as per UAE labor law

About the Client:
A Dubai-based real estate developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
-Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
-Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
-Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-Open to Chinese, Italian and Persian nationals
-40 years old and below
-Must have at least 1-2 years of off-plan sales experience under a real estate developer sector
-Must have Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
