Position Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate

About the Client:
A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners and identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
Requirements:
• 40 years old and below• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1 year relevant experience from Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail or Real Estate industry
• Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an added advantage
