- Job Title: Relocation Consultant
- Work Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Reports to: Team Lead, Mobility
- Tenure: Part Time: Full Time
Main Purpose of Job:
- To provide Destination Services to Corporate Clients
Focus:
- Provide all Destination and Settling-In services in a timely manner in line with client process, procedures and deliverables
Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of the Relocation Consultant is to deliver first in class customer service to corporate clients and assignees.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for end to end service delivery.
The main tasks will include but not limited to:
- Home Search
- School Search
- Education guidance and consultation
- Accompany Assignees to Medical Examination
- Accompany Assignees to EID Biometrics
- Accompany Assignees through Settling In services
- Property inventory & handovers ensuing detailed document with supporting photographs
- Complete utility and telecom connections for assignees
- Complete Ejari registration for assignees
- Assist assignee with Driving Licence transfer
- Ensure records maintained for all Destination and support services with supporting documents & receipts
- Ensure Mobility Hub is updated with details and records of all services
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in Global Mobility and Relocations, customer focused and consultative

- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
- Strong Cultural awareness
- Proactive with a positive can do attitude

- Fluent English, both oral and written; other languages will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines have to be met
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in relocation services and local knowledge and expertise
