Thanks to a continued growth of our business in the region, we are hiring a Research Consultant to strengthen our Middle East team in Dubai.
The Research Consultant role exists to provide high quality support to the team to enable them to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates in order to meet and exceed their financial targets. The position will initially focus on the candidates sourcing side of recruitment to identify suitable candidates for positions that the respective Recruitment Consultants are hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and refer fully qualified leads to the Recruitment Consultants.
- Positive identification and development of potential candidates via database name gathering, executive search and advertising for to link to potential clients.
- Ensure all potential candidates are interviewed, screened and their details are accurately submitted.
- Undertake extensive telephone research to identify clients and candidates.
- Organise and attend face to face interviews with senior candidates in Dubai.
- Conduct search of all relevant reference materials, either technology based or printed, to acquire names and identities of potential new clients and candidates.
- Develop influential relationships and network of contacts.
- Ensure data in in-house database is fully and accurately entered and maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
You have several years experience in the recruitment business in the Middle East searching for high profiles candidates in one or several of the following sectors: Building Services & Infrastructure Engineering, Power, Water, Waste, Automation.
You are perfectly fluent in English and view yourself as a strong communicator.
Hard worker, youre able to anticipate team requirements and to deliver proactive actions.
