Position Title: Reservations Manager

Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly assisting clients, anticipating their needs, and ensuring VIP/repeat guests receive special attention. Oversee the department’s compliance with DCT standards for hotel classification.
- Manage daily reservations operations, including task allocation, arrival report reviews, occupancy forecasting, group bookings and maintaining updated rates in the system and correspondence files.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to analyze occupancy and rates, monitor incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting and adherence to policies.
- Uphold hotel environmental, health, and safety standards, comply with OSH legislation and report safety incidents to supervisors or EHS/HR officers.
Requirements:
- 45 years old and below- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in reservations or revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Prologic) with a solid understanding of hotel operations, rates, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure efficient operations.
