Position Title: Reservation Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Inbound Travel Tourism Company based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of product and services option.
• Identify and cater to customers (FIT and GIT) and offer them companies’ products and services.
• Generate and forecast yield.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience on a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of other digital applications is an advantage
• Knowledge of quotations and strong numerical skills on companies’ products.
• Strong background knowledge of (DMC) Destination Management Companies and familiarity with the UAE as a brand destination.
