Position Title: Reservations Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading group of Hospitality & Leisure based in Dubai, known for it's finest amenities and world class service
Job Description:
• Promote Golf bookings with all market segments and increase productivity thereby reaching targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time response - over email/chat/phone call/walk in
• Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements associated with it
• Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments done by credit card, bank transfers and cash/cheque
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• With at least 1 year of experience related to Sales representative/Customer service/ reception
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
