JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
General Job Scope:
Providing a high-level customer reservation service for high-end hotel bookings from the international travel trade, mainly for destinations in the UAE and Maldives.
Key Accountabilities:
- The key accountability is focused on converting enquiries into bookings
- Ensures the demand is efficiently and effectively managed
- Manage the assigned bookings and guest services demand
- Ensure seamless booking processes between Sales, Product, and Finance teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 Years high end reservations experience within the Travel Trade
- Extensive knowledge of 5* Star Hotels in UAE essential
- UAE DMC experience will be advantageous
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong oral and Written English business Language Skills
- Strong organizational and Analytical Skills
- Natural Team Player who is self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to work flexible schedules
