JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Construction supervision, site inspection, progress monitoring for civil works, structural works and architectural works.
• Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Monitor the performance of the contractor to meet cost, time and quality objectives
• Ensure all design and construction costs are managed to budget and reported accurately;
• Managing Client’s expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service
• Issue Site Instructions, Site Observation, Non-conformance report to the Contractor.
• Monitor the progress of Contractor’s work; attend Client & Coordination meetings.
• Coordination with Infrastructure for the road, services & development works and MEP works.
• Preparation & evaluation of weekly, monthly reports and verification of monthly payment to the client against the actual work progress.
Requirements:
- BSc. Civil Engineering- Minimum 10 years experience in Consultant firm
Specialist knowledge:
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of business English, spelling and writing, present day office methods, procedures, and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of construction management information systems/databases; proficient in Primavera P6 Contract Management Software.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures
