JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Residential Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and keen passion to understand the evolving Dubai real estate market, dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with prospective clients interested in buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, neighbourhood and market updates.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate community.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values and new developments in Dubai.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts and other necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships and gain referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license.
- Professional attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proof of savings to support up to 6 months in a commission only role.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- An attested document of education.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Salary:
AED
250,000 to 5,000,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
