JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
- Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
- Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- With a PIC certificate.
- Fully responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the entire kitchen and be able to lead the team and handle shifts during Manager’s absence.
