Position Title: Restaurant General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 40K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus yearly bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
• Manage operations (front office and back office) and ensure a high level of service to customers
• Set up the strategy for a large restaurant serving international cuisine complimented with alcohol license
• Responsible for P&L, you will be in charge of proposing and implementing all actions aimed at improving results and productivity
• Ensure that departments operate in accordance with both the country's legislation and standards & procedures established internally by the Group
• Develop the team management policy and support heads of department and their staff in their professional development

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of experience on the same role
• Luxury F&B group experience is mandatory
• Bilingual speaker is preferred Italian, French and English
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
