Position Title: Restaurant General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An international restaurant brand in Dubai, serving traditional Japanese fusion cuisine.
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work environment focused on service excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of service by addressing guest feedback, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury dining experiences, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet revenue goals while optimizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as any licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- 40 years old and below- At least 5 years of experience on the similar role
- Preferably someone with a wide network/connection who can bring their own guest profiles.
- Should have strong personnel management experience, knowing how to handle people, not just operations
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
