JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Restaurant General Manager up to 1.5k Usd for an Fnb Operator in Djibouti, Africa
• Establish restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand
• Prepare financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates
• Meet restaurant financial objectives by developing financing
• Develop and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks
• Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures
• Implement production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determine and implement system improvements
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Restaurant General Manager
• SALARY: 1,500 USD depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, meals, and monthly incentives
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Operator
• WORK LOCATION: Djibouti, Africa
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time (2 years contract)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a quick serve restaurant
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in a fast food restaurant
• Open to candidates within the GCC
• Pizza Hut experience is a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills
