JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Host to join their team at a new beach club concept. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar setting, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent organizational skills. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for managing bookings and table reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You should have a friendly demeanor and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
* Greet guests upon arrival and manage reservations and table bookings
* Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu items, and specials
* Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and ensure tables are set up correctly
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner
* Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise
* Manage a waitlist and estimate wait times for guests
* Ensure guests are comfortable and have a memorable experience
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience as a Restaurant Host in a similar setting
