JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is looking to hire Restaurant Manager (Indian & Emirati cuisine) for their Restaurant chain group in Sharjah, UAE.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
• To ensure business growth through monitoring business performance indicators (Sales: Year on Year & Actual vs. Budget; Gross Profit; Ticket Average; Customer Count; Menu mix; Day parts; Complaints;) daily, communicate results to the management team and develop & manage an action plan to promote the improvement.
• Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Indian & Emirati cuisine
• Should have experience in pre-opening team
