JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Manage the dining area and supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant
• Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly
• Set high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift
• Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
• Schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in Arabic cuisine
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
