Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction, profit optimization by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Assign and supervise all duties and responsibilities of staff, checking the furniture of the restaurant, equipment, etc.
- Manage the profit/loss, food cost and unit sales
- Create great social media ratings at Trip Advisor, Google and Zomato etc.
