Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.
Job Description:
• Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation
• Maintain restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on the same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
• Can join by March or April 2023
