Restaurant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Leadership: Inspire and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and uphold the brand's standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of team members.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience.
- Financial Performance: Optimize profitability by implementing cost control measures, analyzing financial reports, and making data-driven decisions.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to curate a diverse and appealing menu, catering to the preferences of our valued guests.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms

REQUIREMENTS

- Staff Training and Development: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of the team to maintain a highly skilled and efficient workforce.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards, including health and safety guidelines and licensing requirements.
- Business Performance: Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall business performance
