Restaurant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Create a memorable dining experience for our guests through leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food, and driving the success of the team.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to European and CIS nationals
• Female, 30 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Preferably with UAE Driving license and own car
• Must have an understanding of the basic European cuisine and be familiar with traditional dishes from different regions
