JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, guest service, and quality control.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence, cost control, and revenue tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling stock.
- Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly.

Salary: up to 13K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

- Open to Russian, European, South African and South American nationalities
- Male, 38 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
